Got tagged by Edregin and my first time to ever do this thing. It's supposed to be easy but then it still made me think.
1. Name one thing you do everyday - check my bag for anything and everything
2. Name two things you wish you could learn -
swimming and scuba diving
3. Name three things that remind you of your childhood -
pencil, eraser at pencil case
4. Name four things you love to eat but rarely do -
arroz caldo (goto), afritada, ginataang langka, pansit sotanghon
5. Name five things/people that make you feel good-
internet, friends, family, money, bf(but don't have one at the moment)

Day off
I'm back at my work today, after a day and a half dayoff. It's horrible weather outside, wet and cold which isnt much of an improvement from yesterday. So, was not a good day to spend a dayoff. But shops are still on sale so went to Zara and made more shopping I bought some tops that I could use when I start to work at the other job. I also bought some for "pasalubong" to some of my cousins and friends. You can get shirts for 3.95 euros with still good quality. I also got myself a sunglass for 9.95 euros though no luck with the shoes coz the smallest size they got is 36 unfortunately Im one size lower. kainis.
Also yesterday, dropped by at the office for about an hour. They are implementing changes on their IT thingy, one of them is that I'd be trained by this frenchguy, Philippe, to whom I was introduced to yesterday, instead of the German guy I mentioned before. Apparently, this German was was in a rush to get relieved and he just couldn't wait for me. After speaking to the Frenchguy, Im happier about the changes. More about this on another entry.
From the office, I went to the check the movies at the cinema. They only movie they are showing in the original version, is the Golden Compass .
The rest are dubbed in French. So me and some of housemates,my cousin and her hubby, 8 of us, all went to watch the film. The cinema ticket is 6.50 euros.
We had dinner at the house, Greg made chicken curry, which was truly yummy that I even had it this morning for breakfast. Then they put a DVD fim to watch, the American President while they played tong-it, with money. I know how to play it but never joined them cause I don't like gambling.
This is how they usually they spend their evenings after work, dinner, chat, movie, play cards or they go out. I'm the only one who is in (strict) live-in arrangement, poor me. Not that Im new to this in my 8 years abroad, I have been like in a live-in thing for nearly 7 years. So, Im kind of used to already to miss out on this kind of happenings with the friends.
Well, there's the account of how I spent my day off this week. And as you can see, narration is not really my forte :D

To Do's
Some things that I hope to accomplish and to have this year
1. Be good at my new job, learn everything as quick as possible and exceed
my boss expectations
2. Be more organize with my time and things (I'm a little messy)
3. To buy a nice phone (I have Nokia but one of the cheapest one there is in the
market, I got it for 79 euros here which was just 39 euros in Lisbon, which was
big sayang coz I could have asked a friend who by then arrived from
Portugal if I only knew my old phone would be broken)
4. To be not over-stingy and yet become better in handling money. I want to get a
house loan either in Portugal or France and have a simple house
built in Philippines.
5. Do everything so that my younger brother can come to Portugal
6. To renew my residence visa with no fuss and obtain my citizenship asap
7. To have lots of dates and hopefully find a nice guy who's in for a long term
relationship, no more flings.
8. Have a nice tone tummy
9. Read lots of books
10. Have lots of "ipon" at the end of the year
and lot lot lot more
